On the Rocks...

As the sun began to set, we moved onto the beach for some photos on the rocks.

On a Dock...

Veronica was drawn to this dock at several points throughout the afternoon. This angle was OK...

 ...but this angle was much better.

 And this angle was fantastic.

Behind-the-Scenes at a Photo Shoot...

We dedicated one entire afternoon to a photo shoot. Of course, Veronica was behind the camera and Ashlynn was her subject. Jimmy was in charge of the reflector and I documented the entire process. Here are a variety of behind-the-scenes shots along with the final images. There were a lot of great spots right near Terri’s house, including this window sill...

Girls’ First Boat Dive...

Not only was this the girls’ first boat dive, but this was the first time Jimmy did a backward roll entry and the first time any of them dove in Europe.

Jimmy actually had some complications when they arrived at the dive site because the water was choppy and he had the wrong amount of weights, but got everything sorted and they all had a good dive. Ashlynn said it was very peaceful with lots of schools of fish.

Diving in the Mediterranean....

There was a diving school operating at the beach in Port Grimaud, so Jimmy signed up to take the girls scuba diving one morning. After finding out that they’d be wearing thick wetsuits, I decided to pass as I’m strictly a warm water diver.

Of course, an amusement park is a great place for Veronica to take some cool shots.

Enjoying Azur Park...

We had a very relaxing visit with minimal sightseeing and a bit of excitement. Jimmy and Ashlynn went on two long runs: one to St. Tropez (Veronica and I joined them by boat for the market) and one to St. Maxime (I ran on my own and met them for lunch). We also visited the local amusement park.

The ride packages included a mix of adventurous rides along with some silly ones such as the haunted house and fun house. Won’t be hard to guess which ones I went on!
