A Little Bit of Hogwarts...

At the end of the tour was the biggest (or perhaps I should say smallest) surprise: Hogwarts is actually just a model built on a sound stage. While there were scenes filled on location at several castles and woods in England and Wales, many views of Hogwarts were filmed using this model.

Apparently the average visitor spends three hours at the studios, but we spent over six. We truly loved it! The next day, we took a train to London’s King Cross Station, home to Platform 9 3/4.
