Stage 10: Reeth to Richmond

Jimmy and I had a nice room at the Buck Hotel, but Carlin and Kent’s bathroom had problems so they weren’t impressed. Luckily, we were all impressed with Sherpa Van, the company that transported our luggage. Our bags always beat us to our next destination—it all worked without a hitch.

There was a decent selection of sandwiches, fruit and snacks at the small market, so we skipped getting packed lunches for the first and only time.

We failed to visit this church, but thought it was a lovely sight as we were leaving Reeth.

Although we were close to leaving the Yorkshire Dales, we still had many green hills and fields to cross.

Unlike the previous days, we saw a bunch of cows in addition to the usual sheep.
