C2C Day 10: Let’s Walk...

Stage 10: Reeth to Richmond
Like most days, there was a complete lack of toilets on the route. When we came across an outdoor adventure center (where we saw these cool ruins), Carlin and I knocked on the door and begged to use the facilities. While the woman who answered the door was clearly hesitate, she finally gave in and we thanked her profusely.
This was the cutest sign we found along the route.
We enjoyed watching some hay being wrapped into giant bales.
Rather than the usual dry stone walls, most of today’s stiles were over wire fences.
For the first time since the Lakes District, there was a cairn, a pile of stones, marking part of the trail.
