Looking back at Gunnerside

 

Proof that this stage wasn’t flat.

Carlin enjoyed a swing when we stopped for snack in a field.

We arrived in Reeth after 13.7 miles (22.1K). With about 725 inhabitants, Reeth seemed huge compared to tiny little Keld. We were happy to grab a drink at a nearby pub and then have dinner at our hotel.
