Heading Up North Berwick Law...

After breakfast the next morning, David and Emma joined us for a walk up the biggest hill in the area.

North Berwick Law is a conical hill, otherwise know as a volcanic plug, of 614 feet (167 meters). 

Once we actually approached the hill, we saw that much of the back side of the hill was covered in yellow flowers.

Parts of the path were just gently sloping...

…while other parts were definitely steeper.

Our first glimpses of the views were pretty incredible.
