Berber Bread...

The camel caretakers made us traditional Berber bread for dinner.

We were rather shocked when they buried the dough under the sand and covered it in hot coals.

After about 15 minutes, they unburied the bread, flipped it over and reburied it. As you can see, it came out black. Luckily it was yummy and didn’t taste at all sandy.
