Svijany Brewery Tour...

The tour started with some very long explanations that might have been easier to have concentrated on before all of those beers. 

Brewing Room

It had cooled off, so I donned my Sir Walter Raleigh H3 sweatshirt and matching mask.

Fermentation Room

Somehow the symbols on this door took on a new meaning...

…when coupled with these risqué cannisters of beer. 

Maturation Room

The beer might be maturing, but being mature isn’t a normal trait of hashers. 

Opee was thrilled to be able to help fill the steins straight from the lagering tanks, where the beers mature from 30 to 60 days depending upon the type of beer. 

We didn’t see the bottling area, but did see a robot moving the kegs...

…which they had hundreds of outside.
