St Kilda Pier...

Our destination was St Kilda Pier, built in 1855 as a public pier and extended many times over the years to reach its length of 1,944 feet (592 meters).

The views were great whether of St Kilda, a small suburb of Melbourne...

...or back towards downtown Melbourne.

The sunset was quite vibrant...

....resulting in a pretty pink glow over the city.
