Lady Liberty...

One of the reasons we headed to Odaiba was to see the Statue of Liberty. Apparently there are 100s of replicas around the world of Lady Liberty. This particular one is actually a replica of a replica in France. After the French replica proved extremely popular when it visited Tokyo for a year in 1998 in honor of The French Year in Japan, a replica was built and permanently placed on the beach in Odaiba in 2000. This one is about 1/4 of the size of the original. Here's Ashlynn and Andrea...
