Lanyon Homestead...

The following day we went further afield, heading south to go hiking in Namadgi National Park in the Australian Alps, the only national park in Canberra. First we stopped at the Lanyon Homestead, built in 1859. We skipped going inside...

...but snuck a peak at the old kitchen...

...and the remarkable veranda.
