Pumpkins...

It was definitely worth the wait to enter the special room housing The Spirits of the Pumpkins Descended into the Heavens by 90-year-old Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama.

While the bright yellow room could hold many visitors...

...only a few at a time can look into the camouflaged peep-show mirror box in the center. 

As stated on the museum’s website: With this installation, artist Yayoi Kusama invites viewers to immerse themselves in her world, to participate in the experience of both claustrophobic and infinite space, and a round trip from the microscopic into the cosmic. 

It was trippy and awesome!
